I am getting a refund

Last night got home and there was a message on my answering machine "Hi this is (can't remember name) and I am calling you about your upcoming reservation you have for Disney World. I need to talk to you about your reservation...." Ok so 10:00 at night and 15 days to visit I wonder what in the world could be wrong, paid in full, received everything except ME stuff. So I call the number to leave a message "Grand Gathering" department? OK??? No GG here just me and my two boys! Well, she called me back this morning here's the scoop. Since I am down there for 15 nights they had to do back to back reservations and I did the dining package. Well ends up being one extra night that I am paying for because of the overlap! So I get an $80 refund today and still keep the same amount of meal credits!!!

I am so happy that someone actually looked at my reservations and did the math!! Way to go CM! Guess it boils down to until they extend the dining package beyond 8 days then we should check the reservations/amount of credits etc!!! Always double check!!!

neat! we had a 9 night stay and it was not a problem having that many meal credits/days charged.
