okay, my story with the rewrite of my contract-
Got the first documents to sign- they were the authorization to rewrite the contract. Both husband and I signed within 10 minutes of getting them.
About 1 hour later- got another email to sign documents. It is the SAME authorization to rewrite to contract. I called Quality Assurance and they were super nice, looked it up and realized they made a mistake sending them to me a second time. Told me not to sign the second set and sent a cancellation for the signature request.
Still haven't received the new contract, but that is totally fine. It will happen next week probably. No worries, I'm not going anywhere!

They are both reservations for VDH - one for July and one for August as I'm not sure which date would work better for us. If they cancel them in the transition process, I'm pretty sure they can fix at least one of them with their magic.
If we go in July I can see Paint the Night (I've never seen it!). If we do in August, it's for our anniversary but no Paint the Night due to the Halloween season I guess.

I've only stayed with cash at CCV in a studio and 1 night in a 1BR at BRV. I felt like BRV had a different vibe, even more "woodsy" and laid back. But I need to stay at CCV again to refresh my memory.

There's some people that love brv tho and not copper. It feels more rustic and ccv feels more modern to me

I adore BRV so much. Highly recommend it if you like a quiet, laid back experience. Though, I wouldn't book anything just yet.

My rewrite timeline going from old incentives to new.

Emailed my guide, knowing he was out of office, to ask if I could stack all the different deals.
Next day, he calls me and says yep and I'll save $180. I'll also get free artwork. Gave him my new Disney Visa info.
Very soon after, signed a paper but I can't remember what it was now. Maybe to cancel the old contract? Or to make a change? It was just one signature and quick.
Later one, got the longer contract to sign with all the info on our new incentives and whatnot. Signed it.
Old contract cancelled. New one on the DVC site all loaded up, as it should be.

I haven't stayed at CCV. But I like that BRV is it's own wing away from the main building. I also like the style/color/decor in the rooms better than CCV. Oh, and I like the BRV layouts more since they weren't just hotel rooms they converted.

Ccv studio and ccv one bedroom is a world of difference

@juliebee did you go from 150 to 200 points like I did? Because that is the reason why they are migrating. Its not simple as just hopping from one incentive to the next untouched.

They had to cancel all of the 150 point contracts and give me new 200 point contracts with new contract numbers.

On top of that, the old contracts had a bunch of reservations on them plus points used already before this new recission period so I think thats where all my issues are.

They need to figure out what ive used and these reservations I had in the old 150 contract had almost all points used in reservations including borrowed and banked points because I didnt do magical beginnings so I can totally see why this is happening and packing my patience

I didn't change the amount of points I bought but they still had to cancel my old contract and give me a new one.

I would say there's a 100% chance the issues you're having are just due to those reservations plus the banking/borrowing.
