My kids have been bickering like CRAZY the last week! And tattling over every little thing, it drives me crazy!! I guess it's because everyone's anxious to get out of school. Are you running into this?

I too am enjoying one too...but I am having one cause today I got to have lunch with an old friend that I havent seen since last July!!! It was just so nice to hear from him unexpectedly this morning and saying he was going to be on my side of town...actually only a mile from my work!!!! It just put me in such a great mood!!!!!....

Not a teacher here, but my poor DD, who has been fine all year, was suddenly accused of being mean to a couple of girls that she is friends with. She told one friend she was a "girlie, girl." But that girl also calls DD a "tomboy." But the friend told her mom it hurt her feelings and the mom is a room mom and told the teacher that my DD was being mean. So teacher lectured DD in the hallway. She was miserable her last few days of school. I really wish moms would stay out of second graders problems and let them settle them on their own, unless drastic of course. So, it seems like it was catching if you were having that problem too! I'm glad school is out! CHEERS! (Gin and tonic here!)
