Just booked a Dec trip today and I'm so excited! 
We haven't been able to stay in the cabins for the past two trips....also couldnt come last Dec (my favorite time of the year) AND I really didnt think we'd be able to return to WDW at all for a LONG time! BUT WE CAN!!!!!! 
I am now at peace with the world.

. We are headed to a FW Cabin for the first time in exactly one month. I needed a bigger place or two rooms and the cabin was our only option. I am actually looking forward to it now that I have read up on how many great things there are to do there.
