I am at MK today for about 4-5 hours...HELP!

I will be heading over to MK at around 1 pm today. We really want to ride Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain. I was over there yesterday for a bit and at that time the FP they were giving out were for 7-8pm. We will be gone by then....any other way to get on..how does standby work?

Get in line and wait if you really want to ride and don't have a fast pass. Hopefully there will be some when you get there. Good luck!

wait and do splash mountain just before wishes, thunder mountain too.
they are usualy walk ons. and personaly at night are my favorite times to ride the attraction. Gives them a whole new feel and element. its really cool.

if it doesn't workout you can always come over to MGM and see me at Playhouse

I'm afraid you are pretty much out of luck - you'll just have to stand in line, but perhaps you'll catch a break during the parade if you choose not to watch it. People will start claiming parade spots around 2 pm so probably between 2 and 3:30 will be your best bet. I think it will still be pretty crowded but maybe just a little less so. Good luck, have fun.
