I am at Disney and yep it is crowded!!!

All you really need to do is have a stategy. Take advantage of the fastpass, you can ride whatever ride you have a fastpass for anytime after the return time, it doesn't have to be within that hour. The only issue is you can only have 2 fastpasses at a time, and you can only get the second one 2 hours after the first one.

Am I mistaken, but doesn't Hydro-Guy's tips on Fast Passes tell you how to have more than 2 at a time? Or am I totally way off base???

We're leaving TOMORROW  but won't get to Anaheim til the evening, so we won't be in the parks at all on Friday. I think we'll do DCA on Saturday to try to avoid 'some' of the crowds. We're expecting it to be busy but am hoping for the best.

That was because some of the rides were on different systems. We tried the different system at CA on Tuesday. We got fastpasses for Soarin, and then went to Grizzly Rapids (because it was supposed to be on a different system) to print fastpasses and it wouldn't let us. So maybe it was changed. Maybe someone else who went as recently as we did had better luck than us. :confused3

I agree with that..I gave up the commando thing long ago and can be quite happy having a churro and people watching.

I thought we were in a depression..what's with all the happy travelers?

100% agree! My favorite part of being there this week was when I sat on a bench on Main Street eating some popcorn, people watching and soaking up the atmosphere.

Oh, and the economy seems to be alive and well in DLR...go figure :confused3

No, you can hold multiple Fast Passes. Plus, you can get them much sooner than 2 hours after the first one. You only need to wait until after the start time of the most recent one you are holding to get another.

I was at the Park yesterday. At 9:00 opening, I went to Space Mountain and got a FP for 9:40-10:40. At 9:40 (i.e. less than 40 minutes later), I got a second FP for Space with a time of 11:40-12:40. Without having used either of those 2, I picked up my third FP (this one for Big Thunder) after 11:40. By the evening, I was holding multiple Fast Passes for Space Mountain, Big Thunder, and Buzz.
