Please help me!

First off... my DH is a big fat whiny baby! lol My third child I like to call him! He is not going to want to be left alone with the children or go in line by himself!

So here is how I am picturing CS working..

I imagine I cannot bring my stroller in line. So I will be juggling a whiny, hot, and tired 2 and 3 year old waiting in a 20 minute line. (Either that or they will be trying to run away from me!) Then we finally get our food and we will never find a table to sit at! So we have to stand and juggle our food!

Please assure me it won't be this bad!

My suggestion is to 1st get a table then either you or your husband goes in line to order, while the rest of you get all the condiments that you would need and wait at the table.

Which of course is the best solution, but she has just said her husband won't agree to that. And the kids definitely aren't old enough to save a table.

My best suggestion is to eat at off times when the lines won't be so long.

I might convince him to wait at the table with the kids.. but I know I won't get him to order all our food... he always gets too nervous his will forget something. Weirdo!

We have ADRs for Breakfast and Dinner everyday... maybe we won't need much lunch

Um... really? Why not?

In any case, there's some level of controversy over the "saving" of CS tables, but most people feel that as long as people aren't standing there with trays with nowhere to sit, it's ok for one adult to get a table while another stands in the line. The best thing would really be for your husband to either take the kids to the table to wait, or for him to stand in line while you wait with the kids. No sarcasm intended, but he wants to sit alone at a table while you juggle the food and the kids? Really?

Let me just tell you places I would avoid with your circumstances. Places with multiple lines for different items such as Cosmic Rays (Seperate lines for Chicken, Burgers, or sandwiches) and most resort food courts (unless you go at really off times)

You could jot your order down on a scrap of paper if that is his problem.

I see no reason for there to be any controversy about having one or two members of your party save a table as long as you are buying food to eat in the resturant. Now is you were eating the sandwiches you brought with you and there were no seats for paying customers then that is a problem but not the case here.
Time for DH to grow up and be a man.

Oh gosh! No way... I'd Kill him!!!

I just know him and he would prefer we all stay together and go through the line together!

I am assuming they don't like all the stroller in/around the cs places? Do they have high chairs available?

don´t worry if you go at unusual hours no line or 5 minute line maximum, lunch from 11 to 11:30 or from 2 to 3 pm and no wait in the CS

Oh, okay, I'm sorry that I misunderstood. (I'm glad for you that I misunderstood, actually! Haha)

My thought is just that the strollers could get... crowded in the line/ordering area, that's all. Not sure about high chairs but I think other posters are probably right when they said you should be pretty okay if you eat at off times.

Good luck!

There are def highchairs at the CS locations- you just have to locate them. Pinnochio's Village Haus in Fantasy Land seems to have the most! Good luck juggling everyone and everything.

I suggest getting one of you getting a table, while the other waits in line. Some consider this rude, but everyone is able to do this, with the exception of solo diners, or single parents who can't leave their kids unattended.

Oops, I misread that, and thought she just meant that he wouldn't want to wait in line.

That's my suggestion too! We never have long lines for food or any problems finding a table if we eat at those times, and we tend to travel to Disney during the busiest times of the year.

I agree with the other posters...also try not to stress too much about it now because if you go into it with anxiety, it will be much worse for you.

Talk to your hubby and tell him your concerns and make a plan that works for everyone. We always decide what to eat, one of us orders and gets the food and the other stays with the kids and gets a table.

Why dont you have husband get table and you bring children with you? Or leave the child in the stroller with him? Men...
