I am a Newbie - Need to rent 200-300 points

I was looking to rent 200-300 points since I am planning on going on a Disney Cruise in November and was hoping to round it out with at least about a week in one of the resorts.

People seem to like Beach Club but I heard that there are Grand Villas which I hear are quite sumptuous.

I would prefer a two bedroom or a Grand Villa depending on what people recommend. There are only two of us but we like space and prefer the larger accommadations.

Please let me know about price, etc and how to do this the easiest way.

I am planning either the Nov 4 or Nov 11 cruise so a week either before or after would be fine.

I can't help you with your rental request, but yes, you are doing this right. I would expect someone will respond to your post. If not, simply bump it up every few days or so until you do.

I will note there aren't any Grand Villas at BCV though. OKW, SSR and BWV are the only WDW DVC resorts that have them. BCV does have two bedroom villas that are very nice. I would suggest a one bedroom villa would be large enough for two. Like you we like lots of room as well but we've never felt the need to get anything larger than a one bedroom villa when traveling just the two of us.

WE have rented to many people and have references.

I can check availability for you if you will PM me with the specific information. I too think that you would probably be OK with a one bedroom but will arrange what ever you want.

let me know the dates, size of accomodations and resort choices in order of preference. Please know that I require 1/2at time of confirmation and 1/2 60 days out.
