Here it is!
2 lbs of elbos mac.
1 1/2 qts of half and half
3 cups of sharp yellow cheddar
2 cups of extra-sharp white cheddar
1 1/2 Cups of mozzarella
1 cup asiago cheese
1 cup monterey jack
1 cup muenster cheese
1 cup velveeta cheese
1/2 lb butter
1 dozen eggs
1 pinch sale
1/2 teas of Emeri's seasoning
2 tbsp of black pepper
dash of tabasco sauce
dash of Worcetershire sauce
Breadcrumbs to top
cook mac as directed. melt butter. beat eggs until blended
grate all cheeses except velveeta. With the cooked elbow mac still warm, mix in the Velveeta cheese, melted butter and 1/2 quart of half and half
Blend until creamy and smooth.
Add the remaining half and half, all the grated cheeses, eggs, salt and peper. Blend all ingreadients until smooth and creamy
sprinkle top with crumbs. Bake in a baking dish with deep sides at 325 for 1 hour until golden brown. May sure all ingredients are mixed well and your oven has been rpeheated. 12 to 16 servings.
