Is there a place to get the gas prices along I-95 ? I looked up usastar and they have gas prices for the different states, but they don't give the exit number or how far the station is from 95. Isn't there a site with more detailed info? At least the exit number would be great.

I know there are plenty of stations, but I would like to know the different prices. It varies widely. Thanks for the link I will check it out.
I am looking for prices all the way from Maine to Florida.

I'd consider flying, it might be a cheaper option depending on your party size. Sorry if that sounds sarcastic, but for our family of three from Indiana it is definately cheaper to fly.

I know what you mean ADP, but we are bringing our camper and staying at Fort Wilderness. It would cost much more to find a place on site for 6 of us for 11 nights.

msn.autos.com has a section called driving tools that shows gas prices, but you do need the zip codes of the towns. I used a search engine to find a zip code finder and plugged in all the usual towns we go through on our trip. You don't need more than one zip per large area. The gas prices are shown under a map and it's a pretty big area that covers a lot of the zip codes. I also like the fact that I can see if going 5 blocks of the interstate will save me big money. I used to price out trips for my parents when they took their fifth wheel off on vacation and the way their big truck sucks it down, it's always made the research well worth it.:drive: Happy Trails!

From my experiences (YMMV) gas prices are best in South Jersey, Southern VA, SC and GA.

When I was driving from MA, I always gassed up in NJ at the Delaware boarder, Skippers VA or Roanoake Rapids NC, Waltersboro SC and Exit 3 in GA. These locations were usually the better prices and gas stations were right off the highway.

Pulling a trailer will make for more frequent stops but I would avoid Delaware and Maryland (at least the service stations ON 95) if possible and make sure that you have sufficient fuel to get a decent way into VA. I once needed fuel in the Alexandria area and had a very difficult time finding gas in the wee hours of the morning.
