I-4 construction and UNI?

We'll be staying just southwest of Disney and will be going to UNI on several mornings, our goal is to be there for rope drop. How bad is I-4 in the morning and is there a better way to get to UNI thnx

From that direction it's not too bad, the construction project starts right at Universal, get off at exit 75a, get in the right left turn lane once on the exit ramp, turn left and stay to the right to get into the garage. Exiting, head toward Royal Pacific/Cabana Bay and that'll get you going back in the correct direction. Traffic usually isn't too bad coming from that way, it's easier than from the other direction.
