I’m just ready to go on my dang cruise already

We first booked our cruise in May 2016 for September 2017. Then that cruise was “Irma-ed” out so we rescheduled for July 2018. So basically I have been planning for a Disney cruise for over two years and even though I am a really big fan of planning and love the planning aspect, I am now at the point where I just want to go on the freaking cruise. No real purpose for posting this, just venting, ha ha! Can’t wait! It’s been too long since I’ve had my Mickey cruise fix!

We did a last minute (40 days out booking) 3 day cruise last winter. A great way to get a DCL fix in! And a chance to book a place holder!

I usually get that "I'm ready to go NOW" feeling a couple of months before. Then with about a week to go I start panicking that I just don't have enough time to get everything ready.

I did, hahaha! Although the most recent one we have is back from 2011 or 2012, so I was all like, "That's been changed, that's been changed...." the whole time!

You can go over to the DCL website and under the Planning Center "sign up" for a dvd which they don't mail. You can actually just watch it online instantly. Then you can watch the updated version.

I was having cruise withdrawal so bad the last couple of weeks. We did 3 last year and had nothing planned until Feb 2019 Panama Canal.
I started looking and found a Florida Resident rate for The Dream for the 18th of this month. I was ready with my sales pitch to hubby. Just as I begin he says, " I have training that Monday Morning at 8am".......
I went back on and found one that was leaving just 8 days later, This Friday.... Thankfully he gave in to me.
But he actually said "you have a 14 night cruise booked in 9 months". Ummm yeah thats a long way off pal!!!

The planning is half the fun, but 2 years is stretching it!
