Hypothetically... what time would I be boarding?

I know PAT doesn't mean boarding time. My PAT is 10:45. What time do you think I might actually be boarding? Approximately of course :)

Trying to plan out toddler distractions and how many I'll need for the terminal ;)

They usually start boarding between 11:15 and 11:30. If that holds for your cruise, ypu will likely be onboard around 11:45. One time, our cruise didn't start boarding until almost noon so it is possible for it to be later.

A lot will depend upon what port you are sailing out of. It looks like this would be a Dream sailing?

You might want to be prepared for the worst case scenario. On a may cruise earlier this year, several computer issues delayed boarding significantly. We ended up waiting in the terminal almost 2 1/2 hours past our PAT. The terminal was very crowded and there is no food except vending machines. Fortunately, as an afterthought I had put an extra bag of snacks in my carry-on. We went through every bite of it, and the iPad was a lifesaver. I think ours was an unusual and rare situation. However, better to be ready than not.

Once you pass the Mickey ears and scan your key card there will be a line or two for photos (if you wish to bypass this, you may of course)

So, a PAT of 10:45 and an on time boarding schedule of 11:15 to 11:30 would probably get you past the Mickey ears and scanned in by about 11:45 (I would say boarding group 3 or 4)
Then the line to take pictures and be announced onto the ship, I would put you on board by about 12:00 to 12:15.
Just an approximation and if you choose to bypass the photo line, you will get onboard sooner.

On a may cruise earlier this year,
On our May eastbound TransAtlantic, boarding didn't start until after 12:00. I think it was something like 12:20 or so. And there were no announcements as to why, just "we'll be starting soon".

if you are sailing concierge, do you just show up when you want and get on right away? what is the earliest people start to board?

Concierge can board as soon as they start boarding the ship. Boarding usually starts between 11:15 and 11:30, but it can start later.
