Hypothetical Situation: I want better service

It would take a lot for me to complain about bad service. First--I wouldn't want to come across as petty. But to me, I find the Disney service to be good. When an something happens that should not, I will go up the chain of command. But usually it stops with the server--as most issues are quite minor.

I can't imagine to requesting a manager for each and every little thing. If something signficant occurred, I would speak up.
