Hypothetical about AP Extension - new type of question

This is all "what if" and no one has any answers....but.....So....as of now, it seems as though AP extensions will be for four months (approximate - from Mid March to Mid July). So what if they decided to EXTEND that for say five or six months because of all the NEW restrictions and if mods and values don't open for quite a few more months.

So, that would be all well and good, right? However, what if you are chosen to go the AP Preview in the beginning of July and use your AP and then they decide AFTERWARDS that your pass is no longer eligible for any NEW extensions because you already used it.

Just a thought. Wonder if they have thought of that?
