My 73 yr old mother is diabetic and has developed a lot of allergies and is sensitive to harsh detergents, cleaners. We're staying at ASMo this Nov. How do we request a hypo-allergenic room? Thank you in advance. :)

You can call guest services and ask for special cleaning. They can clean with unscented cleaners if you request it for medical purposes.

I agree with the other poster.
I would suggest asking for it as special cleaning and then specify what sorts of things you need.
If you uses a term like "Hypoallergenic", there is a lot of room for different interpretations. You are much more likely to get what she needs if you can tell them very specifically.

You can try calling Special Reservations - the number is posted in the disABILITIES FAQs thread in the post about rooms.
