Hyatt Grand Cypress or Walt Disney World Dolphin?

We are wondering which one would be more suitable for us?

We usually stay at Hyatt Grand Cypress, but there largest pool is not heated. We are going in mid March, so it will be too cold to use.

We do like the water taxi to Epcot & Hollywood that is offered from World Dolphin.

Any suggestions on these?? Is World Dolphin as beautiful and lush as Hyatt Grand Cypress?
