Our flight out after the cruise leaves at 6:00 p.m. and I'm not sure that we are going to do with all that time between getting off of the Magic and checking in at the airport.

So... what time do the "day" rooms become available and what time do you have to be checked out of them?

We were told that check in was 10:00 and check out was 6:00pm. We got there early but the room wasn't ready til a little after 10.

I've been wondering the same thing -- what to do between the ship and the airport ( 4:45 flight ) with two toddlers. Where is the Hyatt? Do you know how much the rooms are for a few hours? Any other ideas for how to pass the day?

I stayed at a day room at the Hyatt after my last cruise. The Hyatt is in the airport. We got lunch and shopped at some of the stores. Then we swam in their pool- its really nice and quiet. After swimming, we watched some t.v. in the room and took a nap. The room was pretty spacious and clean. -Steph

We booked a day room for our trip this October and we are paying $75.00 for it.

I booked a day room at the Hyatt and paid $75 +tax for it, over DH's objections about spending extra money. Afterwards, even he agreed that it was worth it to just be able to relax, shop, have a leisurely lunch, watch TV, swim, shower, relax. The room was clean and very pleasant.

Would it be worth it to get a day room for a flight leaving at 3:30? I'm figuring we'll have 4-5 hours to kill. Can't spend that much time shopping for Shamu's and watching the Krispy Kremes cook!

Thanks for all the replies! I'm sure my DH won't be thrilled with the price - but it would be so nice to have a place to relax for a few hours while we wait.
