Hyatt at Orlando Airport Question

We will be arriving the day before the cruise for the first time and Disney has made arrangements for us to stay there. There are DCL agents there and you can jump on the transportation to Canaveral from the lobby. Has anyone stayed there before? Also, how far in advance does DCL actually reserve the rooms for you? I need to request rooms with a connecting door since we have the kids and I can't request Hyatt to do that until Disney actually reserves the rooms.

We stayed there but booked on our own so, I don't know when Disney books the rooms. It is a great location. You basically walk from the luggage area right to the hotel. Especially nice after a long flight and not have to deal with cab or rental car... But other than that I didn't really explore the hotel since our flight arrived around 11 pm and we left the next day around 9 am. We did a limo service to the port.
