HWD Chase M&G terrible

so I'm a long time Chase member and this was by far the worst character experience ever.
Group of 12 mixed ages. And Kylo Ren "dismissed" us no pics (we have a memory maker) everyone wearing bands no "misbehavior" just sillyness playing along- little kids ( Star Wars fans) upset. Cast members rushing us! Customer service poor, at best! Complained and got pics but they were awful! Why bother......
So I'm sure at a less "peak" time it would be different but I pay they same maybe more.
