Our company assessed a pay freeze on everyone so that noone would be laid off. It may last 6 months, it may last longer. I can handle that, unemployed is not something I can handle. I make about $29K/year, Dh makes $10K maybe $12K a year, and probably alot less by the end of the year in an industry that is begging for trainees (truck driving).
Our property taxes last year were less than $500, they may go up a little this year, but probably not much and it is worked into our house payment and I am so thankful for that so I don't have to worry about it. I can't imagine getting a bill for $10,000 for taxes.
