Quote online increased by $300 as I was on hold! Sure enough operator confirmed new price for 6/26 for 4 passengers went from 5730 to 6046 in a matter of moments. Thats one quick "early booking discount".

My TA was told by DCL that they were expecting to be sold out by the end of the day. If that is the case then this morning would have been early booking and this evening would be considered late (LOL)

Looks like the repositioning cruises are doing the same thing.

I still say lots of folks have cabins on hold that they may not end up booking.

I'll confess first:guilty:

I have holds on the FL to CA reposition cruise AND on one of the 7 day cruises as well. No way we will do both. Just need time to sit down and decide which is right for us.

I've seen others on the boards say that they have a couple diff TA's booking for them as well as having a direct hold through DCL.

Anyone else think May 10 or 11 when those cabins go back into the inventory might be a good time to try?

I called DCL back to ask a question and apply the deposit. This time I got a different CM who wasnt as nice and helpful as the original. She was very mean and snappy and scolded me for dropping the insurance. I think its been a long day for those poor CMs- probably a day they will go home and put their feet up as they complain to family!
