hurricane irma any special assessments?

I was there after Hurricane Jeane and there were trees down all over property and there were no special assessments. Some hurricane damage is probably built into the reserves with insurance covering large losses. If the storm caused enough damage to effect reserves yearly fees may be adjusted to rebuild to the reserves.

If there are going to be any effect we will probably not be notified until until they plan the annual meeting at the earliest. They have to finish clean up, assess damage, asign costs to the appropriate organization, deal with insurance if above some threshold, let the accountants and lawyers loose and then tell us what they want.
