So... I am driving to the airport and I hear Bette Middler singing "Do you wannna dance"... Catchy tune so I get it stuck in my head and I am one of those who walk around humming (quietly I thought) the last tune on the radio.:cool1:

I am waiting my turn in the TSA security line, I give the guy my ID and Ticket.... He just stares at me for like a minute. He saya "hey man that humming is really freaking me out"... He then informs me that "humming may be considered eratic behavior and can be cause for additional screening".:scared1:

So I stop humming and pass right through security...:woohoo:

Hey... what did you think this thread was about?:rolleyes1

Trying to regain my composure here. It's a family board.........:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

With TSA nothing surprises me. I had them question why I had so many electronics on a trip down to GA the other week.
Let's see, I had:
-laptop, charger, flash drive and security token
-Blackberry
-personal cell phone and charger that I can use for the BB also
-iTouch and charger

Not what I consider an excess amount of stuff. But the braintrusts that are stationed at EWR thought I was plotting to take over the world. Thank God I checked the luggage. Who knows what they would have thought about the amount of haircare products I had.

:rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl2:

My DH travels like that too Cougar Kat. Although he's now down to just the laptop, various chargers, and his iPhone. He'll sometimes take his iPod video on longer trips...just in case his iPhone doesn't last long enough on the flight.

Note to self.....change password so Rick can't post under this name anymore.....:headache:

And on top of this I have 2 laptops(transitioning from old to new), cell, ipod, chargers, extra battery, car adapters, etc, eetc..........

It's a wonder they let us through....We planned a raid at Quizno's and Lord knows they're national security worthy!!!

And here I thought this was going to be a thread about beating flying anxiety.

I thought you meant the car. Like they were going to be banned or something. :rolleyes1

Ummmmm...yeah...the car...that's what I was thinking:rolleyes: .

Although I am quite sure no one was trying to be deliberately provocative with that title or anything.

I used to work at an airport (with an airline who's name I will not mention...) and we HATED hummers! LOL:lmao: I think it's because we were all so miserable that we did not want to see anyone else happy! LOL;)
