Anyone else ever get a phone call from an RN willing to help you?
We have Humana Insurance thru my husband's employer.
She told me Humana gave her my name. She doesn't have any of my medical records, but I was flagged by Humana.
She will help me with anything.
We just talked about what has been going on lately and then she jumped to diet and exercise.
Maybe she is the boost I need to get serious about loosing the 60 pounds.
I biggest change challenge is finding portion control and finding receipes, writing everything down.
I have been walking at least 3 times a week the 5000 steps, but I need to get back to the YMCA now that it is cold out.
