Huge mistake! Took DW to see VGF models

Well, we checked into VGF this morning around 10am. Our standard view studio was ready, so we immediately went to the room.

As far as rooms go (just comparing the room and not everything), this is hands down the nicest DVC room out of all them - nicer than VGC, AKV, BLT, etc.

DW absolutely loves it! Actually, her exact words were "I freaking love it, I'm so glad we own here!"

We're only here one night, so we won't get the full experience of staying here until we come back for a week in December and again in March, but so far, it really is grand.

Since we're only here just 1 night, I didn't waste points on a lake view, but went with a standard view.

Your pictures are gorgeous as always! I am thrilled to own a few VGF points, and to have had a wait list for a 2 night stay come through for us in April! So we get to see it before actually using our VGF points to stay there next December. A December stay at VGF for me, was worth the add on price!

Thank you Mike, the photos are beautiful. I request first floor. If they give me a first floor on the other side of the courtyard looking at the covered walkway is the covered walkway very close to the rooms? Do you think all the courtyard views are nice like this one?

We were in a room very close to the Grand Villa end of the building, so we tended to use a side door exiting by the Beach pool rather than the covered walkway. I think all the court yard rooms should be nice.

When we come back next month, we're in a lake view room.
