HUGE DISNEY DOLLAR COLLECTION

Beside the obvious EBAY answer does anyone on these boards know how I could go about selling a very large collection of Disney Dollars, including only one of a handful of registered complete set of all 173 Disney Dollars. Auctions only want the rare ones and we are talking thousands of raw pristine disney dollars. any advice?

Do you live near any coin/currency shops? If some are near you, might be a way to do some comparisons on what the value might be. Many of those who sell on eBay are also online dealers and might be interested in buying your collection.

Auctions only want the rare ones

Even auction houses that specialize in art & collectibles? I get a catalog from Heritage Auctions out of Dallas from time to time. I also get a mailer from some place (can't think of the name) that sometimes has auctions on animation art, comic books, etc. I wouldn't think your item would be too far off the mark for them. Do a search, the name will likely popup.

Hang onto them. If we have to shut down again, they may end up worth more then US dollars.
