DH told me last night before our dinner date, that I looked great and that he wants to join WW program now after seeing how effective and effortless (from his view) it has been for me.

Yay! A true partner in crime! In a few months, we will be a good-looking couple!

I know it has made a world of difference to have my husband following Atkins with me. It helps us both stay focused and on track. This is great news!

I have to tell you that Otto and I doing this together has made a world of difference. Neither of us could stick to anything before this, but now we have been on this since July, and we have both lost a lot of weight. It is so much easier to stick with it when both of us are doing it!

DH and I have been on South Beach from the start together and I can't tell you the world of difference this makes. I've done all kinds of programs before on my own, but this the first time I am seeing such wonderful results and so is he. It helps so much when a copule take the weight off together. I posted on another board that the other day was the first time in years, if ever, DH and I have been able to truly wrap our arms around each other. It was a wonderful feeling!

My boyfriend started doing WW with me two months after I started ... it's great because I can talk to him about points and we help to keep each other on track!

Ut, Oh. My husband wants to know how many points are in a Snickers' bar? That's not a good sign.

I told him to figure it out on the side of the wrapper and to work it into his daily points.
