(I don't see a specific forum for the non-theme park Disney Stores or for https://www.shopdisney.com/--if there is one and I missed it, apologies in advance.)

For the past two or three days (whenever I saw it in my email) I have been trying to order this shirt:

Every size is in stock, every size can be added to my shopping cart. (I only want a Large but I wanted to test the different sizes.) No matter what size I add, when I attempt to checkout I am greeted with the following message:

"Your order cannot be completed because one or more items in your bag are not available in the requested quantity. Please check availability for each product. "​

I just...I dunno, shouldn't an e-commerce platform in 2019 have a better sense of what's in stock than whatever is happening at the Disney store? Like maybe they have to allocate some of these for the parks first...but then why list it on the website at all? Sort of frustrating...I had a similar issue with a Tommy Bahama Tiki Room shirt a few weeks back, but only in the size I wanted, and that eventually was moved to "out of stock" in a day or so. This is different--a brand new item (as far as I know) that cannot be purchased in any size.

Anyway, sort of a mini rant. Maybe this is a known issue and frequently discussed around here--I don't lurk here that much, only when I have a Disney trip on the horizon (as I do right now.)

Weirdly enough, I haven't seen that issue before but I was able to replicate it as first. I was able to override it by adding two shirts, which got it into my cart. Within my cart I was able to adjust the quantity. That might be a workaround or trying it via another browser. Good luck!
 
I clicked on your shirt tried a couple of sizes-I had no luck either.
Maybe go to guest services on the shop Disney site and call or chat with them

Oh I can get it in my cart, it's getting past checkout that won't work for me.

Guess I might have to place a call if I really want this shirt for the Halloween Party (and I think I do.)

I got that message today on a pitcher and glasses. I only had one in my cart.
I just deleted it. I didn't really need it anyway :rotfl:

Also the DRVC discount for 20 percent started today but I couldn't get it to work until after noon....before that it just showed an error

I got the same error. What I did is tapped what was in my cart and then hit “update.” That did the trick and my order went through.

My son was going to order that exact shirt in an xxl it did order to his cart but then he deleted it. This was yesterday at about 645 pm est time. He did order a bunch of stuff with no problem. When things like that happen to me, I take it as sign from the good sense gods not to buy it!

Quickly as in I walked into the store right by the rack and could tell they had at least six in my size and by the time I took the three steps to the rack, I got the last one. So if the online stock is moving as quickly, it may be difficult to keep up with moment by moment inventory changes.

This happened to me today, too! Very frustrating.

Have you tried calling Disney Merchandise? Code probably wouldn’t work and you’d have to pay shipping but I’ve had success with them when I couldn’t get something online.

I did see the shirts on eBay when I was looking for something else. $82 was the price I saw. I’m not convinced they’re out of stock though. I got that error for something else and got it to work a few minutes later.
 
Okay, I just put a Large in my cart and it took me through to payment and shipping. No error. Go, go NOW! @justinslot

Good thing I'm watching this thread and checked my email--it worked! Had to do guest checkout (the other issue I'm having is an expired code in my bag I can't get rid of that blocks checking out when I'm signed in) but it worked. Thanks very much for the heads up.
