.... don't touch them with a barge pole they are use less. I have had to make a claim because DH found a crack in the bath Our bath is peach and the only ones you can get now are white so they are saying unless we want an odd suite and odd tiles we have to pay for it our selves the only thing they pay for is the bath. We are having to pay £75 excess any way so how much are the insurance paying... not a lot

She hadn't made a claim in about 20 years and was so insulted as she is such an honest person. It makes me so mad when insurance companies treat customers like that. Perhaps you should point out that the tiles will inevitably be damaged when the old bath is removed, so this will mean the bathroom will have to be re-tiled!
It has made me less inclined to be honest though. She lost a diamond from her engagement ring last year - she claimed on the insurance and they paid for a new diamond and for it to be re-set. A few days later she found the diamond by the fire place. She asked me whether she should tell the insurance company. I said no!!! She had her original diamond reset and had a fair few pounds left over. Some you win...
