HS, when will the new lands be open?

I am planning a repeat of our big extended family trip that we did in March of this year. Since it will be 8-10 adults I have to get started early. We want to wait until SW and TS land are open at HS. I know it can't be definite, but are there projected openings for these?

Disney will (reportedly) announced the opening date (sometime in 2018) for Toy Story Land at the D23 Expo which takes place this July.
Disney has said that the Star Wars Land will open in 2019. Nothing more specific than 2019 was announced.
