HS to MK after Fantasmic

On my upcoming trip, I'll be hopping to MK (open to 1am with EMH) after 8p Fantasmic at HS. What would be the best way to get to MK? Bus from HS directly to MK? (Think this would be packed with people doing the same thing as me???) or take boat to Swan and bus to MK from there? I'm staying at Yacht Club, but assume it would be faster to get off at Swan as I think it is the first boat stop??

We have taken the bus from DHS to MK after Fantasmic a few times. Yes, lots of people have the same idea. Disney anticipates this and there were buses arriving one after another, sometimes lined up ready to transfer guests.

It'll be quicker to just take the bus from HS to MK, I wouldn't add the extra stop. You could alternatively walk to Swan and take the bus from there because there's no guarantee how long you'll have to wait for a boat. But I'd rather just wait once at HS. You could also alternatively Uber or Minnie Van

Uber can't drop guests off at the MK gates. (Designated drop spot is at TTC.)
Minnie Van WILL drop guests off at the MK gates.
