HS Strategy

I’m trying to figure out the best way to tackle our day at HS. We will be there on an EMM day (we do not have EMM tickets) in June. We have a 3pm Sci Fi reservations and will be leaving the park either immediately after or shortly after.

Current fastpasses: Midway Mania: 9:10
Rockin rollercoaster 10:10 tower of terror 12:35 I can only change TSM, the other two have no more availability.

Our wants: Toy Story Midway Mania, Slinky, Tower of Terror, and Rockin Rollercoaster. We’d like to see the Indiana Jones show, if possible, but not a must do considering the time.

I’m most worried about trying to find a place to fit SDD without missing a FP. Will SDD be too much of a stretch to RD on an EMM day and make it to TSM? Or should I change my fp for 11:30/1:45/or later?

Any suggestions, please. I’m driving myself crazy. Thank you!

EMM shouldn't affect things. However, if you want to do SDD with very little wait, you will need to be at HS at least 60 minute, preferably 75 before park open.
If you are ok with a wait, you can arrive later, but every few minutes will add up to more and more of a wait.

If you can get there well in advance, you can RD SDD, go on A2S and then use your FP for TSMM right in the sweet spot. If you are running behind, the FP for TSMM may become more difficult to use, but you have a grace period until 10:25 so that gives you a fair amount of leeway.

If you RD and see that the SDD line is just too long, you could bypass for A2S and TSMM additional rides.

Remember to keep refreshing to see if availability opens. It will change leading up to the trip as well as on the day. You can try to move these around on the day of as things change and then try to get additional FP when you use them.

As you have a large gap between ToT and your ADR, you could also just suck it up and wait for SDD at that point.
