HS Dining Reservations

Today was my first day to be able to make reservations for our trip. I woke up at 4:45 (central time) got right on the app, and couldn't get a single reservation for 4 at the Plaza at MK. (I got skippers canteen and we will keep looking for something to open up.)
Well tomorrow I am going to try for HS. I really want to get lunch at Sci Fi. And my husband MUST try Oga's but the time doesn't matter. This time it will be for only 2 people.

Are these both going to be impossible? Which one should I prioritize?

We were staying onsite so were able to book all our days at once, and the options were very limited the first couple days. At 60+3 the options really opened up. It is like how fastpasses used to be at 60-days—onsite has a real advantage now.

ETA we could not get Oga’s any time during our stay, so I think the odds of getting it at exactly 60 days are pretty low.

Oh wow, bummer. Maybe I'll prioritize Sci Fi then so at least I might have a shot.
I honestly didn't realize how hard it was to reserve things (we are going second week of May.) I wish I had known before my family got all excited! lol

Since those are in the same park, you don't really need to prioritize between them. Just go to the main dining reservation page or app, filter results for Hollywood Studios and use a broad time category (e.g, "lunch" or "dinner"), and you'll be able to see right away if there are options at either Sci Fi or Oga's.
