BlogMickey has some interesting aerial photos up (Be warned! Very un-magical!) http://blogmickey.com/2017/08/photos-latest-aerial-look-toy-story-land-august-2017/ of the construction going on in the new sections at HS. It's so weird to see bulldozers, trucks and other heavy equipment along with a bunch of workers, separated from guests by a wall. How does it not sound like a construction zone throughout HS? I can't imagine how they're keeping the noise level down.

The overall audio ambience of a Disney park covers whatever construction noise might be present.

In majority of the park you see no construction and i was there this past week and you don't hear anything from the construction site.

You can also see the slinky coaster in person from the road. I didn't head over in that area of the park to see what you could see from the wall
