HS 12/03 Fastpass Change Email- Are Park Hours Officially Changing?

Did anyone else receive a Fastpass+ change notification email from Disney today? Strangely it changes a fastpass I didnt book at 1030pm (on 12/03/19 park closes at 9pm currently?) and says:

"As a replacement, a new selection was made for Muppet*Vision 3D from 10:10 PM to 11:10 PM on 12/03/2019 "

Have the hours been updated (I have not seen this anywhere)?

people have reported receiving these strange emails about changes to fp to strange hours. Do not open any email, Disney accounts have been hacked especially those using same passwords as Disney+
