I have reservations at the HIFS for Nov. 20 to 26 in the kids suites. I am going to vist Universal, IOA and sea world before heading over to the CBR in disney. I was thinking of changing two of the nights at the HIFS to the Hard Rock because of the FOTL perk and the location. I realize its more money but maybe with an entertainment discount it wouldnt be too bad. Can anyone give me any tips or comments before I make this move. The rates seem to be all over the place from garden view to sites, entertainment, fun card, Loews. I just dont know which way to go. Now if I could just stop reading that the CBR is having problems with its rooms............

Hi, is this during thanksgiving week? If it is, then I'd suggested at least one day at HRH to give you the FOTL benefits. If it isn't and money is an issue, I'd say stay at HIFS (more room and free bkfs.I am leaving for CBR in two weeks and requesting a refurbished room. By the time you get to Orlando, most of CBR will have been redone. I will post a report late. We are also staying at HRH.

This is during thanksgiving week and if it matters there are 5 of us.

Thanksgiving week is a very busy time at disney and universal. You have that to consider when deciding where to stay. Will CBR let you have 5 in a room, btw?

Just my .02 ... stay at the HRH ... it should be a highlight of your trip. My kids loved it and the perks were great...just being able to walk to UA in less than 5 minutes was a huge plus. The pool is wonderful. I can't wait to go back!!
