HRH room locations/Pool questions

We will be staying at HRH for the first time in July. We have a pool view/water view room, and plan on using the pool alot.
Can anyone recomend a floor or a room that is convienent. Is there any where I can see a map layout of the hotel, where the rooms are, etc. Can you fax a request a few days before check-in, like at Disney hotels? Also, what is the pool like? Is there a slide?
Do you get anything special when you check-in?

We spent one day at the HRH pool while we were staying at RPH last Aug - loved it and will definitely stay at HRH on our next trip. The pool had a great slide - was quite shallow all the way across - and had music playing underwater. We rented a cabana for the afternoon and it worked out great for us - our only problem was that they had to close the pool to clean the water due to an "accident" - closed the pool down for many hours, but we still enjoyed the atmosphere!
