HRH Rates for October

I am planning an adult only trip in October. How do I get the best rate for HRH? What types of discounts do they offer? I am a newbie for HRH. I usually stay on disney property but I am switching up this year..

I was able to get a AAA rate of 196.00 for late August.

I believe they also offer AP and Florida resident discounts as well.

super saver rates are out for october. anyone can snag them.

if you have AAA card, you can get about a 20% discount off the room.
if you have AP, also a great discount.

if you check the thread made by alexandnessa, when are you going thread, you will see the rates others have booked at for october.
check it out to get an idea of the rates and discounts.

I am booked for Oct 26th to 28th with my AP discount. I called to check to see if there were any AAA discounts available yet and I was told that there aren't any rooms left at all for that weekend, I guess because of HHN. We're paying $265 a night (for 3 adults) I know it's less $$ during the week, but since we're there from Friday until Sunday, it's a bit more $$$

now hearing that from you mike about the weekend sold out, guess it will be packed at hrh .....

Hard Rock and Portofino are both sold out for the weekend that I'm going in October. Glad I booked in April

19th -21st at HRH Deluxe Queen room. Woot Woot.

I remember last year when I tried to book Hard Rock for HHN, it said it was all sold out so I booked RPR. Then like a month later they must have opened up more rooms at the resorts becuase they all had rooms available.

bryan, i'm going 4 nights on the second weekend and one friend of mine can't get a room for that weekend at hrh.
i booked in january and got the suite upgrade / loews platinum.

last year the second saturday night opened up at hrh due to a cancellation.
i stayed at rph and was tempted to switch to hrh but didn't.

there are some travel agencies that buys out a block of rooms and sells them with their package. orange vacations has done that in the past.
then closer to the dates, the company will release some of the them that they couldn't book. when that happens, rooms can open up at hrh.

but, i would never wait until 2 weeks prior to my arrival date to start seeking a room on site for my time. i always book in advance then modify when there are changes.

it's not October but we got HRH for $191.20 on 9/28 and 9/29 for HHN in case this helps anyone. It was a AAA rate and we were upgraded to deluxe room wiht Loews Gold.

that rate goes up to oct 4th.
i have one night at that rate when i originally booked. (AAA)
oct 5th and the rate goes up.

i check in on oct 4th around 7:30 am.
i check out at 2:00 pm oct 8th, have the luggage held and do the park until my ride comes.
i have an evening flight.

i believe we will be connecting on saturday isn't it?

I won't be at the HRH until the 26th, but I will be in Orlando from the 19th (Timeshare swap) are you going to HHN? Our 1st night at HHN is Sunday the 21st.

Hey Mac! My husband has the 8th of Oct. off so we changed our plans. If he can get Friday off we will arrive the evening of the 4th- if not we will arrive on friday the 5th. We will return home on the 8th. My mom and brother might join us so I am looking into getting the added bedroom onto the portofino suite and add club on. My sister and her husband might fly in from S.C so you will get to meet the whole crew! I can't wait!!
