HRH just got room req pool view not on it!

I booked a pool view deluxe room with and entertainment rate of
$149 per night. My confirmation says deluxe but does not specify garden or pool view. Is this unusual? Should I call and request a pool view confirmation?

Also, what is their fax number to fax a room request and who's attention should it be sent to?
