HRH in Nov 2007

We're planning a trip in Nov to US and plan on staying at the HRH. I've tried booking online through the US site and the Loews site. I tried using both the AAA code and APH code but it seems like they are not being applied at this time. Also, I just called and found out that I am a Platinum member of Loews First. Will this help with any discounts or just offer perks?

Are there any other codes out there that might work? I'd like to book something now and wouldn't mind calling for a better rate in the future.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

p.s. We're looking at staying for 9-11 nights. Yikes!

First of all, congrats on Platinum. It does indeed offer some very nice perks.

If you book with AAA (or other eligible rate), as a platinum member, you are entitled to a complimentary suite upgrade at reservation (if available). However, the APH rates are not eligiblefor LoewsFirst amenities, so if you use an APH rate, you will not see the benefits of your platinum status.

I would call to make your reservations. Make sure to tell them that you are Platinum, so you can be upgraded. If better AAA rates come around (they usually do), you can always have the better rate applied to your reservation.
