Can I get a room key for my 15 yr old nephew when we check in (he won't be with us yet because he is taking a different flight) or does he have to be there? Also, he will be the fifth person in our room - there is no extra charge if we don't get a rollaway correct?
Thanks!

No extra charge for a 15 year old, but there is a charge for anyone over 17 other than the first two people.
I'm not sure about the key, but I assume you can stop by anytime and pick up a key. I read where one party got extra keys for their kids who were meeting them at the park.

I always check in alone. I never have any of my party with me. When you first check in and they confirm how many people will be staying ask for all of the room keys at once. there will be no problem of doing this at all. Save your self the effort later.

When I checked in they asked how many people were staying at the room and just issued 5 keys for our room. I was the only one at the check in counter. Also, all the keys had only my name on them, no ages.

We weren't charged for our 5th person (our oldest DS is 24) but we did pay the extra $25 for a rollaway.
