HRH Entertainment Schedule

Has anyone had any luck getting this schedule, prior to leaving home? I've emailed the family concierge twice. The 1st time I didn't get a response. Our trip was still over 2 months away, so I wasn't surprised. We're going next month, so I tried again on Mon. I got a reply today, but the info. was mostly what you can find on the Universal website. It did include info. about martini specials, & a wine event at the Kitchen, which I didn't know about. It was basically generic info. that has probably been prepared ahead to send to anyone who asks. The info. I specifically requested was the pool activities schedule, & things that are specific to our dates. That wasn't included in the info. Any chance I can get that info ahead of time? TIA
