HRH ent rate.

Hi,

I am loews platinum and have just booked the HRH (king suite) for 9 nights commencing the 23rd of Sept.

I booked through the LOEWS reservation number and the guy on the phone initially offered me a garden room for 219 or a deluxe for 269. I then asked if they had any suites available and he said yes. He told me he has a king suite available and because I am loews platinum he can do it for the same price as a garden room (219), so I made the reservation.

I have an entertainment card, HRH all access card and I am an APH. My question is - Do you think I can apply any of the above discounts to my reservation and still get the King Suite?

No they won't allow it. You can however apply a AAA rate and still get the upgrade.

We have stayed in a garden, pool and 7th floor pool view, but never a king suite.

Do you know if all king suites are pool view and do you have any photos of the room?

I just called for an ENT rate at HRH for 10/29-11/3 and got a rate of $192 (10/29-30) and $162 for rest of nights. standard room. deluxe was $239/$204.

I had her check on the MC offer stay 4 nights, get the 5th free and it was available. total for deluxe room came to $1155.25 while the total for the ENT rate came to $1235.

not sure if I want to spend that amount of money....

Your welcome. I just booked 10/1-10/3 at a AAA rate for a std room for 191 and got an upgrade to the king suite using my plat lowes card. I have never been given an upgrade to the king suite. I have moved from std to deluxes at HRH. I have pictrues of a ton of PBH suites i have always gotten suites there. I did have an aph rate of 167 for 10/29 10/30 but they would not offer an upgrade due to the blackout dates same was true for the new dates but the csr made an error and offered me the upgrade. The supervisor caught it and called to deny me the upgrade and and i told her no way after i had cancelled that great rate of 167 so she honored it.
