I've read were the employees are dressed as groupies. Are their outfits skimpy? I'm not really into the themeing of this hotel but can get a good rate and like the short walk to the parks. I'm not into the sex, drugs and rock and roll stuff though. Is this emphazised in the themeing? Is there alot of partying customers in the middle of the week? I'm taking DS and his friend around the end of May. Don't want them exposed to anything inapproriate. Thanks.

HRH in Orlando is a complete and total family destination with an added dose of coolness. Great atmosphere and nothing inappropriate. How old is your son and his friend?

Don't take the boys there the end of October when they have the costume contest. It took my son and I nearly an hour to tear ourselves away from the exposure!:cool1:

They'll be 12-13 so they'll probably love it, though neither of them are that into R n R, YET.:lmao:

SIGH. I think I'm afraid I'll lose my Disney loving son to the U/O darkside.:worried:

I was kind of worried when I took my son at 13. He was more interested in the pool basketball game than the bikinis.

A little surreptitious oogling of bikinis is normal and healthy (but not for DH if he knows what's good for him!:lmao: ) as long as said bikinis are on guests. If employees are in revealing costumes and "on display" that's where it gets a little creepy IMO.

The HRH employees are usually dressed in black suits aren't they???

Here's a picture of one of the pool waitresses.

She looks pretty cute. The guy in the background tanning his **** though....:sad2:

Here's one of the front desk. If you squint you can make out the black suit of the person behind the desk. And if you look really carefully, it looks like Sanjaya on the wall behind her!!!

I wouldn't call them costumes - they are more like uniforms

There is definetely no sex nor drugs - just rock and roll.

Nothing to be scared of - children will not be scarred or go into puberty early.

Now some HRH employees do have tattoos and piercings, etc. I believe HRH told them to be themselves. Again its no worse than you would see (probably less) out in the world.

Really its nothing to see here - move along.

OMG that is sooooo funny! The problem is not the employees that work there but the guests that dress and pose in an inappropriate manner! At the Hard Rock in Vegas it's understandable...I mean it's Vegas, The Hard Rock at a family theme park it is really out of line.
I have seen women at the pools in bathing suits which are smaller than eye patches in neon colors to show off their brand new over sized ****s....very sad:confused:

I thought the employees are dressed as Roadies, not groupies.
