HRH E-rates?

I already have a garden view room reserved at the HRH for the end of August at the AAA rate. I'm hoping to be able to switch over to E rate if possible. I originally booked directly with the hotel. Is this recommended or is it better to call another number instead? Like 1-800-UESCAPE?

When I called the UESCAPE number Friday 12/14 there were no Entertainment rates at HRH for the end of August. I did get the Royal Pacific club level for $139.00 with the fan club rate. HRH garden view was also $139.00 with the fan club.
