HRH & Cabanas............

We have 8 days planned for Xmas /New Years weeks (with one 7 yr old boy). A few questions:

1) Will we need 7 full days for all of US/IOA/CityWalk?

2) We were planning on 1 day to 'veg' out at the hotel. If we do more, is a cabana necessary at $100 a day? What does a cabana give you?

3) We will not have a car; how far is SeaWorld by car service or bus from HRH?

You definitely will not need 7 days at IOA/US/Citiwalk...especially if you will have FOTL access! We stayed at HRH for 4 nights and were able to do everything at both parks within 4 days. We also spent a day to "Veg out" at the pool and rented a cabana. We had a blast at the pool, and the cabana made it just perfect for us! Our 3 year old even took a nap in the cabana on the lounge chair! I think the cabana is worth it and wouldn't hesitate to do it again! You get a fruit platter, 6 sodas and 2 bottles of water plus, the cabana comes stocked with towels, a phone, a TV, Refrig., ceiling fan, tables and chairs...and 4 lounge chairs!

PS. Cabanas #9 and 10 are most popular, but #1,2 & 3 are popular for Dive In Movie Nights!

The themed Cabana is $20 more and u get a refill on the sodas plus 2 floats for the pool

That sounds very tempting; my little guy would LOVE to hang out and watch Tv after swimming all day...............I guess its more convenient than going back to the room.........................

OK, now can you tell me how far in advance to reserve one?

As stated, we're going Xmas/New year weeks..

I booked ours about a month in advance but I think so long as you have your hotel confirmation u can book now as some are pretty popular the best i think is no 10 which is themed and closet to the slide
