The question was meant to be 'How do you get an All Access Card for the HRH ?'

I want to stay at either HRH or RPH for 3 nights next July and I'm trying to source the cheapest way of doing so. I already know about the Entertainment Card (hard to get seemingly) and I'm a member of the AA. However, from reading other posts it seems the All Access gives the best discount perhaps ?

Is it annual card ? If so, do I need to wait until some time later this month before getting it so that next July is within my 12 months ?

Any help appreciated.
