HR question -- was she in the WRONG?

i have to agree with cheshire. i'd save EVERYTHING she's sent regarding her pregnancy (and maybe even her dislike for her boss, since she's SO vocal about it) and take it to HR along with any other willing co-workers, and make sure they KNEW the problem was NOT your boss, who, in this situation, did nothing wrong. your pregnant co-worker is being a drama queen and a total PITA. i'm sorry, but the woman is out of control, and everyone around her is suffering for it. it's time for it to come to an end. perhaps i'm being harsh, but i have zero tolerance for people like that.
 
in my workplace, we can tell other employees that we're accommodating our employee according to our company policy, but we cannot tell them why. your boss certainly didn't reveal anything "private" to a group of 13!
