HP Lines

I'm a WDW gal and now going to Universal for the first time the TH and F before President's Day. All my kids really want to do is Harry Potter.

After reading about the lines just into the area, I'm worried. We don't have early entry but have the express ticket. How long will we wait to get into the area?

Are there still lines just to get into the gift shops?

Any and all information would be helpful.

I think you'll be okay, especially Thursday. I'm not expecting crowds to pick up until Friday, when I get there. Arrive at gate by 8:45 or so and you'll probably walk right in. Make sure when you leave HP that you mean it or you may have to wait to re-enter.
